CC Dance Force
CC Dance Force is now an audition-based performance opportunity for festival participants ages 17+
CREATE a brand new work over the course of three days with incredible choreographers!
PREMIERE the piece at the festival's Celebration Gala Concert!
Schedule:
- Thursday afternoon (audition + rehearsal)
- Friday & Saturday morning (rehearsals)
- Saturday afternoon (technical rehearsal)
- Saturday evening (performance)
Audition upon arrival at the festival and then immediately jump into the creative process. Experience the invigorating challenge of putting together a piece in six hours, forming new connections and adding to your skill set along the way.
Participating in CC Dance Force does not conflict with any other Festival activities! Enjoy the Master Class Series and evening concerts while gearing up for a performance of your own.
This opportunity PROVIDES real world and personal experiences for students to learn from professional dance artists, and also forges new FRIENDSHIPS and MENTORSHIPS among students who have found themselves bonded through a LOVE OF DANCE.
