Lauren Serrano is originally from Orange County, California. She attended Orange County High School for the Performing Arts for classical and commercial dance. Lauren graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a B.F.A in dance. She later received her MA in Dance Education from the Arnhold Graduate Dance Education Program at Hunter College and her MFA from Sam Houston State University, where she taught as an adjunct professor. Lauren has performed with professional dance companies in New York, Texas, and California with the honor of working with artists such as Jennifer Muller, Young Soon Kim, Pedro Ruiz, Mike Esperanza, Andrea Schermolly, Yusha Sorzano, Josh Manculich, Francisco Graciano, Christopher Pilafian, Brandon Whited, and Edgar Zendejas, and Andy and Dionne Noble. Her work has been selected to appear in festivals in California, New York, and Texas. Serrano was recently selected as one of the 2023-2024 Artists in Residence from Dance Source Houston. She is currently in her fifth season with NobleMotion Dance.
