Stephanie, or Estefania, is a native from Puerto Rico. Starting her dance journey at a young age, Estefania practiced and performed Bomba and Plena. As a teen, movement exploration became a venture to other modalities. With a bachelor's in dance studies and a master's in fine arts, Estefania works on educating and expanding her research. Part of the movement exploration she plays with involves blending the traditional to the contemporary times. Estefania's work has been shared in festivals in, and out of the US. Part of performance experiences comes from dancing under artists such as Jalila Bell, Jennifer Mabus, Dionne Noble, Jordan Fuchs, Dr. Matthew Henley, Dr. Rosemary Candelario, imPULSE Dance Project, and others.
