Ilse Orozco is a performing artist with more than 14 years of professional experience in various disciplines: dance, film, singing, theater, production, and management.

Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Dance from ISAE (MX), Certification in Modern Dance from CODARTS (NL), residency with KCDC (IL), and two certifications in Vinyasa Yoga & Restorative Yoga from Davannayoga (MX).

She has been part of La Infinita Compañía (MX), CEPRODAC (MX), FDRdance (MX-NL), Realizando Ideas (MX), Compagnie Cobalt (CH), Cie. M.E.S.S. (BE) and has worked with national and international choreographers and directors such as Damien Jalet, Sylvain Émard, Daina Ashbee, Andréanne Léclerc, Jiří Kylián, Michael Lazic, Rebecca Spinetti, Raúl Tamez, Fernando Domínguez, Ximena Escalante, Marco Vieyra, Vivian Cruz, Mauricio Cedeño, among others.

She has received numerous recognitions, awards, grants, and medals (MX & FR). She has worked as an actress in film and musical theater. She has taught and conducted workshops in contemporary dance, modern dance, choreography, improvisation, and yoga, both in Mexico and abroad.

As a producer and manager: NDT tour in Mexico 2017, Budapest Dance Theater tour in Mexico 2018, RATS Tour MX 2024.

She directs the project La Rencontre and has experience in choreography assistance, rehearsal direction, production, and management.
