Dylan Allen is from Houston, Texas and attended High School for the Performing and Visual Arts as a dance major from 2010-2014. While there, he performed works by Jose Limon and Troy Powell. He also was a part of the Houston Met Too Youth Company on scholarship, and performed works by Marlana Doyle, Kiki Lucas, Terrill Mitchell, Sydney Skybetter, and Joe Celej. He Graduated Point Park University with a BFA in Dance in May of 2018. He has been able to perform works by Ruben Graciani, Matt Pardo, Kiesha Lalama, James Gregg, Douglas Bentz, Adam Hougland, and Jason McDole. Since Point Park he has danced professionally with MetDANCE, American Neoclassical Ballet, and is currently a full time professional dancer with Ad Deum Dance Company. He has performed a wide range of choreographed works Kristy Nilsson, Erin Boon, Kate Skarpetowska, Joshua Manculich, Randall Flinn, Caleb Mitchell, Steve Rooks, Shizu Yasuba, and Jenifer Mabus. While with Ad Deum dance company, Dylan has been able to perform and teach classes internationally overseas in France, Finland, and Switzerland. Dylan has also been on part time faculty and guest teach for many dance studios across the Houston area, working with kids of all ages and levels. He has also been able to choreograph solo and group dances for the Youth America Grand Prix international ballet competition. Dylan would like to thank his parents for always supporting him, and both of his siblings for always being an encouragement. He also gives all glory to God for everything in his life.
