Cami graduated from Booker T Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, TX. They then received a BA in Dance Education from Texas Woman’s University (TWU) and returned to TWU for their MFA in Dance. Cami has performed/taught dance both nationally and internationally. Cami founded CamiCollabs LLC and works with grassroots dance companies and non-profit organizations for arts education. They love teaching masterclasses in contemporary modern, improvisation, and Afro-Diasporic forms.
